My Apologies

I truly am sorry for my insensitive sounding tweet.  I had no idea what was going on in our world.  This morning I was caught up doing stuff that is insignificant to what is going on right now.  Danielle and I do not have a TV so I had no idea all this coverage was on until I made that tweet.  I was referring to my friend who I haven't seen in a long time coming over with out knowing any of this was going on.  Again, I am so sorry on how I came off.  Love and Light to all the families/people effected by this tragedy.

I know this may not be for everyone but I thought I would start to post links to Shabbat services I have been watching online. I usually am on the road during the weekend so its a great way to feed my soul no matter where I am! This morning I watch a live stream of Ron Cantor which you can view here http://bethadonai.sermon.tv/5567150.  It was a great way to begin my morning.  Ron Cantor has some great views and teaching.  Filled with positive vibes and love.

After watching this sermon I watched Dan Whittemore part 2 of his 10am service.  This had me in tears.  http://bethadonai.sermon.tv/5134245 I related on so many levels and highly recommend giving this one a watch after Ron Cantor.  My spirit is uplifted and renewed.  Praise be to God and all His wonder.  Peace be with you, God be with you.  Shalom.

Danielle and I made an appearance at Chateau representing Donkey Show with Craig Lake Friday night after the show.  I had so much fun!  I am not a club kinda gal but when a private table is involved you are talking my kind of time.  Not because I think I'm super fancy or anything, simply because I LOVE to dance but dislike when non gentlemen types insist on bothering me and Danielle.  Positive vibes to Chateau for showing us such a good time....a FUN TIME if you will :)

I have to say my favorite Nirvana album is Unplugged.  It takes me to a different world.  Before going on the road for TNA I used to always medicate and pack with this DVD on.  It always seemed to put me in just the right frame of mind.  Lake of Fire haunts me so here it is in hopes to haunt you...muhahahahahhaaaaa!

I just got home about an hour ago from having lunch with Mr. Penpal himself, Kevin Gill.  As most of you may know Kevin is one of mine and Danielle's true blue amigos.  Whenever he is in town we always make it a point to hang out with him.  He took Danielle and me to this radical eatery called Veggie Grill on Sunset Blvd.  I'm still full!  I came home and I felt the vibe I used to feel when I lived in a condo in Claremont, CA.  I feel all the inspiration and positive vibes I did then and am super excited to share my journey with all of you.  Its raining, I threw on my Crow shirt and now its time to start editing away!  Being in the spirit of the old school vibe I thought I should listen to my old Myspace playlist.

Revamp of the Site and Loving It!

For the past few days I have been revamping my site.  I always had a vision for it to be more social media friendly and today I am proud to say my site it pretty much where I wanted it to be all along.  I will never forget when I heard this song for the first time.  It was live at Jimmy Kimmels mini concert in Hollywood.  When Matisyahu threw his arms up, closed his eyes and sang the lyrics "I'm a slave to the thorn, the chariot of flame is my home" I understood why I love his music so much.  Its worship at its best to the Lord above.  Major positive vibes to Matisyahu and his whole team for doing Gods work while entertaining all of us.

Today I saw some people bashing Nickelback via Twitter then looked to Danielle and said "Why do people hate on Nickelback?"  I then proceeded to tweet my love for Nickelback and was able to then bond with a new amigo and share the love with my amiga in the East Coast.  See, THATS what's up with Nickelback. Positive vibes to them! Music makes the world go around, as it goes around I will dance xo Shelly

Sooooo....here's the things LOL I posted this above thinking I was finished but after watching the video I have more to share.  Not only does the sound of Nickelback capture me, not only does his voice sing to my heart but the lyrics touch my soul.  Rock Star is a great example of the types of things that are actually  normal to me.  Normal because I grew up in So Cal, normal because I became a model/actress and normal because once I made it to the WWE my life was never the same.  Everything he sings about I have known on some degree.  At Wrestle Reunion LA a fella I know made fun of me digging Nickelback and I told him "Dude, they are singing about our life."  I then shared with him the lyrics I found humorous is when he sings:

In this carnie world called wrestling that happens!  People like Kenny Bolin make sure of it LOL Later that night my amigo had a gnarly match and he had two things on his mind food and laying in his bed.  I wanted to catch up with him so while I waited for him to get out of the shower I was hanging out with my amgios at the hotel bar/restaurant.  Sure enough I was asked to sign some autographs and shortly after what was in front of me? A QUESADILLA! And quite the fancy one at that :)   So I thought it was double funny when I showed up to my friends room with a quesadilla and smile for once again I proven Nickelback knows what's up and therefore rock!

Tip of the Day

Good morning/afternoon!  Just thought I would share a little tip that I have recently put to the challenge and had great success with.  I found that I was struggling with getting everything I needed done which lead to feeling overwhelmed which then lead to not moving forward.  I would plan my day before going to bed with a positive attitude.  My schedule has been super busy in the last 6 months or so and I started to find myself sleeping in an hour or two when I am at home which messed my whole schedule up.  I would try to squeeze everything in and what I didn't get to I thought I'll just plan to do it the next day.  Morning would come and I would feel so overwhelmed and I was so distracted with feeling overwhelmed I wasn't moving forward.  I gave it to God and asked for wisdom.  God put the wisdom in my soul and I figured out where I was going wrong.  It didn't matter what time I did the things I needed to, I just had to make sure to do them period.  Yeah maybe that means I'll be super busy but at least everything is getting done.  So I put this to the challenge and the result has lead me to getting everything done with a positive attitude, confidence, inspiration and creativity.  That just the T so the the tip of the day is RELAX don't feel overwhelmed it will only hold you back from peace and happiness.  Instead take one step at a time, you know....baby steps ;) I hope all of you have a positive day filled with sunshine and spooky lollipops because YAY it's October! This weekend Danielle, Sexy Chino and I had another 90's on 9 road trip.  One of our stops was Las Vegas for Donkey Show.  After the show on Saturday we hit the Vegas Strip to check out Eli Roth's Goretorium.  But alas, we got there too late.  Perhaps next time we will venture into the Gore-zone and have a true Goretorium experience.  PS the fella who video bombed us is legit, totally stranger that I had to spook off...muhahahahahahahahahahah #ShellyKruger
