Burrrrrrrrr! It's cold outside but the sun is shining bright :) I can't believe I have arrived at day 30 already. I feel like I just started these vlogs yet 30 full days seemed to have past by. Danielle and I were part of an Aquarius party last Saturday night at Sarah Diesel's house in Hollywood. Brian Zombie and Peter Avalon joined us as we celebrated not only mine and Danielle's birthdays but it was also Sarah's and our amiga Lisa's birthdays too :) Age of Aquarius! What I have learned so far is if I stay up late because I am working then it's okay to allow a little more sleep in the morning. It's all about balance but maybe if I got up earlier yesterday I wouldn't have had to stay up so late....interesting.

#FunCam Visiting the Spider House

Day 22 & 23
My editing system expired so I had to use another form of editing to put together this weeks episode of Martinez Girlz Radio. It took all day yesterday for me to upload the episode to my computer. Good news is the episode will FINALLY be available on iTunes today. Bad news is Day 22 is a day late but better late than never!
Today is Day 23 and I decided to document my entire day. Stay tuned for iPhone Diaries postings on ShellyMartinez.org today. I think it will be interesting shooting all day long, I wonder what today has in store for me :)

Day 19

Song of the Day by Dirty Heads
I SO connect with this song right now. As most of you know I love my Dirty Heads and today is a clear example of why. In short I have been on quite the adventure lately and though I have heard this song 100's of times today is when the song sang deeply to my soul. Then I watched the video (again) and it spoke to me in a way it never had before. The reason I always put over Dirty Heads, Slightly Stoopid, Matisyahu, 311 and Depeche Mode is simple. The more I grow in life the more dimensions I find in their music. It always seems to happen when I need it the most. Positive vibes to Dirty Heads and all the other bands I mentions for sharing their art that continues to inspire.
Day 18
Day 18 was an interesting one. I had such a great time with my PWS amigos y amigas Saturday night for my birthday! We got back to the hotel at 7AM so I think that speaks for the night. I traveled all day yesterday so sorry it's late but as "they" say better late than never? Day 19 coming up....

The Bat Cave
Hoodslam's Bat Shelly takes you on a tour of her Bat Cave in Texas. The footage doesn't do the Bat Cave justice. You see, my recording device malfunctioned and we had to restore in filming with a phone. I hope to return to the Bat Cave and do it right, maybe even an appearance by Robin?
