Thoughts on Shortcuts to Weight Loss

I don't trust when ppl say "get flat abs or lose weight in 2 weeks w out exercise" That's why ppl fail at fitness It's all about balance not short cuts that are hard to stay w or are unrealistic as a lifestyle Eat healthy, exercise daily and u too can be an occupant of #abcity Fads are gimmicks bruuuuuuuuuther!
