Day 255: Los Luchas Hangover

Last nights training was awesome!  I always discover so much about myself when I go to Los Luchas training.  Last night it happened it such an intimate way, it was magical.  God has really put a lot on my heart and I know now more than ever I MUST commit to ALL of it.  Sometimes I feel like I'm crazy and just having wishful thinking.  That's when I know it's time to empty myself to allow God to speak to my heart- when I have a clear mind.  Yesterday was one of those kind of days.  Nothing but positive vibes to Los Luchas and Santino Bros for bringing so much Light to my soul.  ONE Love!

Fitness update!  I took this picture a few days ago and though I was feeling a little water weighty I'm proud of my progress.  I remember last year at this time, I was so off track.  Last September I injured my rib and gained about 10 pounds as a result :(  I've never felt better in my life and it feels good to be a full time occupant of Ab City :)

A good protein powder always helps me stay on track.  I recommend incorporating at least one shake a day into your daily diet.  I feel such a difference from when I run out.  I know it can get boring but why not change up the way you prepare your shake?  Add different ingredients to switch up the pace!  My favorite shake is this vanilla powder with peanut butter and a banana.

I had so much fun last night! Not only did I get to finally take my Kevin Smith picture, not only did I get to reconnect with Mick but I saw an amazing documentary!  The Santa Movie tells such a good story about men who share a passion for Christmas and being Santa Claus.  I highly recommend you check it out!  A night out with Danielle is always magical.  Fall seems to always be our season :)
